Born in New York and raised in New Jersey, Rolando Valentin, also known as Andy Electric, has cultivated a passion for art from a young age. Following a move to Florida in 2012, he embarked on an apprenticeship that marked the inception of his career. Since then, he has resided in New York, New Jersey, Florida, North Carolina, the United States Virgin Islands, and has now permanently settled in Charleston , West Virginia, where he has established his own tattoo shop, 'Andy Electric Tattoos.' Despite his permanent location, he continues to travel the country, tattooing at conventions. Andy has developed a profound appreciation and understanding of art, tattoos, and people. 'Give me a piece of your skin and I'll give you a piece of my soul,' Andy remarks. He enjoys creating all tattoos, but his preferred style is just good tattoos.
